Bruce Belliveau became President of CFN Consultants (Atlantic) Inc. in May 2022. Following a distinguished 32-year career in the Royal Canadian Navy, Bruce served as CEO of Commissionaires Nova Scotia from 2013 to 2018.
An experienced and versatile senior leader who has commanded ships, squadrons and the Canadian Atlantic Fleet, Bruce also held senior appointments in Canada and abroad in three North Atlantic Treaty Organization Headquarters. Leadership and relationship building are hallmarks of his extensive experience in maritime security and defence, which includes inter-governmental and multi-national settings with military, government, non-government, and industry officials. Recognized for change management skills with a proven record in leading disparate groups through the demanding transformational process, Bruce will assist CFN clients across a wide range of opportunities.
